Our Buying Process
How does it work?
Simply bring your items to our store in a container. After providing us with some basic contact info, you’ll decide whether you’d like to wait and shop around the store, or if you’d rather leave your items with us and return at a later time. Items should be picked up within 48 hours, as we have limited space, or we do donate to the Special Olympics Bins located in the parking lot. Other arrangements can be made with management.
We buy from 10-3pm Monday-Saturday. You may drop off at any time between 10am-8pm, however, if after 3pm, we will process your items for the next morning. After your items have been processed, you may pick up anytime during store hours.
How should I prepare my items to make the process as quick and easy as possible?
Bring your items in an enclosed container and make certain that no items need laundered. We can only accept items in good condition. We may pass on any items which we assess to be soiled, stained, ripped, discolored or tarnished.
Buying in this way allows us to provide our shoppers with a great selection of high-quality kids stuff at the lowest possible cost. We buy all seasons, all year and accept a wide variety of items (scroll down to see a list of examples).
No time to wait? Leave items and arrange pick up at a later date.
Why do you need my information?
If you’re leaving our store and returning same-day for your offer, we’ll use the information provided to contact you about the status of your buy.
In any case where items are left with us overnight and we are unable to reach the contact provided to make an offer, the items will be donated.
